About Adwenza

One team, accountable for the whole path to the enquiry.

Adwenza is a performance marketing team in Ahmedabad. We plan the offer, run the ads, build the page, wire the tracking and follow the lead — because growth usually breaks in the gaps between those jobs, not inside them.

Why we exist

Most businesses do not have a marketing problem. They have a hand-off problem.

The ads agency blames the landing page. The web developer blames the ad copy. The CRM sits untouched, nobody can say which enquiry came from where — and somewhere in the middle of all that, the owner is asked to spend more.

Adwenza was built to remove those hand-offs. One team owns the offer, the creative, the ads, the page, the tracking and the follow-up, so when something is not working there is one place to look and one team answerable for the fix.

It is also why we start with a review instead of a proposal. Until we can see what actually happens between the click and the enquiry, any budget number is a guess dressed up as a plan.

How we work

Five steps, in this order, every single time.

No engagement starts with a media plan. It starts with understanding what is already happening — then fixing the order things get done in.

Review

We look at the account, the landing page and the lead flow before we touch anything — and you get the honest version, including the parts that are already working.

What we believe

Six things we will not trade away for a quick win.

These are not posters on a wall. They are the reasons we say no to certain briefs, and the reasons clients stay past the first quarter.

01 Commercial clarity

Business first, platform second

Qualified leads, appointments and revenue are the scoreboard. Impressions and clicks are diagnostics — useful, but never the result.

02 Connected execution

One team, no hand-offs

Ads, pages, analytics and follow-up get reviewed together, so problems cannot hide in the gap between two vendors.

03 Straight answers

We say the boring truth

If the budget is too small for the ambition, or a channel is wrong for your market, you will hear it early — not three months in.

04 Measurement

Tracking before spend

GA4 and GTM go in before we scale, not after. Otherwise you are optimising toward a number nobody in the room trusts.

05 Ownership

One team answers for it

A single point of contact who knows your account. No ticket queues, and no “that part is out of our scope”.

06 Compounding

Built to keep improving

Campaign and sales feedback shapes the next test, the next page and the next investment. The system should be better each quarter.

From the founders

We would rather lose the pitch than win it dishonestly.

We have both watched good businesses pour money into channels nobody was measuring, on the advice of people who were never going to be around when the numbers came in.

So Adwenza works the other way round. We tell you what we can see, what we would fix first, and what we are not the right people for. If that costs us a project now and then, it is a fair price for being able to stand behind every account we run.

What we do

Six capabilities, run as one system.

You can start with one. Most clients end up connecting several, because that is where the compounding actually happens.

Where to find us

Ahmedabad, working further out.

The studio is on C G Road in Ambawadi. Most of our work happens over shared dashboards and a standing call — but if you are nearby, the coffee is on us.

Do you work with businesses outside India?

Yes. Alongside our Indian clients we run campaigns in Germany and across the EU — including brand and shopping work for FMCG and ecommerce brands. Time zones are handled on our side.

Do I have to move everything to you at once?

No. Most engagements start with one channel, or with one step that is clearly broken. If the review shows the real gap is somewhere else entirely, we will tell you that before you sign anything.

Who will I actually talk to?

One accountable team with a single point of contact who knows your account. You will not be passed between departments to get a straight answer about your own campaigns.

What happens in the first two weeks?

A review of what already exists, a ranked list of what to fix, and tracking wired properly. Changes to spend come after that, not before — there is no point scaling a funnel we cannot measure.

Do you build websites as well as run the ads?

Yes — WordPress and Shopify builds, landing pages, and the tracking behind them. Because it is the same team, the page and the campaign get designed against each other rather than in sequence.

How do you report?

Against enquiries, appointments and revenue, with the GA4 and GTM setup behind it so the numbers reconcile. You will always be able to see what changed, why it changed and what we recommend next.
